Andwella’s Dream - Love & Poetry

Psychedelic rainbow

With a sleeve that demands viewing with a pair of shades on, this was Andwella’s Dream’s debut LP, coming after their name change from The Method. With its acid-influenced mix of fantasy lyrics, phasing effects and other period studio trickery, it could be seen as one of the purest strains of “psychedelic” expression of the time. Touches of blues, pop and folkrock vary the mix on what’s a solid, if unexceptional work. This reissue is expanded, with an additional disc featuring alternate mixes and other such rarities.
