FM HEAVEN
Why Oh Why, and indeed Why, do we not have a decent FM Classic Rock station here in the UK? As a frequent visitor to the US, the airwaves there are flooded with great stations. I’m not talking this new fangled digital nonsense, I’m talking good old rock solid FM. There is no greater feeling than waking up to the sounds of Led Zep, Jethro Tull, Pink Floyd, Bad Company, Yes, ELP, Doobie Brothers, Lynyrd Skynyrd, AC/DC, George Thoroughgood, BTO, etc. Occasionally whole album, that’s album , sides are played with no breaks. Just how good does that sound! There is no better way to get your day going and steaming off down the highway, obviously observing the speed limits, as you go! Are you listening radio programmers? PS: I purchased a Queen CD + DVD exclusively available in Wal-mart stores only, called The A-Z of Queen Vol.1, on Hollywood Records D000049500. A possible future collectable?
